Undertaken by the Dangdai Dolls
1. Initiative to Discover and Determine New Cures (2008-IDDNC)
To enrich the quality of life, all the Dangdai Dolls are actively engaged in ongoing scientific study and research of their surrounding environs, earth, air and sea, flora and fauna, plants and animals, in order to order, classify and list new species, aspects and features relating to biology, chemistry, physics, geology, meteorology et al. The Dolls do many kinds of work pertaining to this endeavor including laboratory and field, research and development, in the hope of determining new cures for the many and varied ailments of life's (human, animal, organism) condition.
The Dangdai Dolls gain and evaluate information on samples through applied and dedicated study of composition, structures, layers and branches concerning same. They may spend long periods of time collecting samples and gathering information and endure some physical hardship. The Dolls are also involved in teaching and dissemination of information and may work long hours preparing papers for publication in scientific journals.
Their findings provide valuable information for many fields, industries and society such as the provision of new sources of food, fuel, minerals, medicines, procured or made from airborne, intra-terrestrial and marine plants and elements.
2. Dynamic Joints Project (2008-DJP)The project focuses on optimizing the design and production, form and function, quality and reliability of all types of joints and has a wide range of applications covering entities with or having the need for moving interconnected parts.
3. Dollification Directive (2009-DD)Inculcation and promulgation of the laudable ethos and aesthetics of the Dangdai Dolls through beautification and decoration of the (urban) environment and scenery with colourful, meaningful, artistic elements.
